Management Reporting Mgr

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the end-to-end management reporting function including design, development, and delivery of executive dashboards, board packs, business performance reports, and management information systems across all business functions- Design and implement a comprehensive management reporting framework including reporting governance standards, data definitions, KPI taxonomy, reporting calendars, and management information hierarchy aligned with organizational strategy and leadership decision-making needs- Develop and maintain integrated management reporting infrastructure including automated reporting pipelines, self-service BI dashboards, and executive scorecards providing real-time and periodic performance visibility across business units- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting cycles including variance analysis, performance commentary, trend analysis, and forward-looking insights for senior leadership and board-level reporting- Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, marketing, HR, and technology teams to gather, validate, and consolidate cross-functional performance data into cohesive and accurate management reports- Design and implement data governance standards for management reporting including data source validation, metric definitions, calculation methodologies, and data quality assurance processes- Drive management reporting automation and digitization initiatives including migration from manual Excel-based reporting to automated BI platforms, reducing reporting cycle times and improving data accuracy- Develop and present board packs, investor presentations, and executive briefing materials with clear performance narratives, strategic insights, and data-driven recommendations- Partner with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure management reporting aligns with financial planning cycles and supports integrated business performance management- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders to continuously evolve management reporting content, format, and delivery to meet leadership information needs- Lead and develop a management reporting team including reporting analysts and BI specialists, providing mentorship, technical capability development, and performance management support
