Key Responsibilities

Support the team in client validation and requirement assessment to ensure accurate information and documentation.

Assist in preparing client information, proposals, presentations, and requirement summaries.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of client requirements.

Support international client interactions and gain exposure to global business communication.

Assist in identifying and coordinating with potential partners and collaborators for business opportunities.

Manage follow-ups and maintain clear records of client and partner interactions.

Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Research market trends, client requirements, and potential collaboration opportunities.

Maintain and update databases, trackers, and reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Assist in validating portfolios, profiles, documents, and other client-related information.

Contribute ideas to improve the overall client experience and internal coordination processes.
