Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to candidates/customers as per the assigned list.
• Explain job opportunities, company details, and relevant information clearly over the phone.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to basic queries professionally.
• Maintain daily call records and update the calling sheet regularly.
• Follow up with interested candidates/customers and maintain proper communication.
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets assigned by the team leader.
• Coordinate with the office team regarding candidate/customer updates.
• Maintain accurate and organized data of calls, follow-ups, and responses.
• Work from the office and follow the assigned working schedule and company guidelines.
• Report daily work progress to the Team Leader/Manager.
