Business Development Associate – Client Acquisition

Limurse is a fast-growing platform revolutionizing how brands and creators collaborate. We enable D2C brands and agencies to source authentic user-generated content (UGC) and performance creatives without relying on agencies or long-term contracts.

Your Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Associate who can help us onboard clients — brands, marketing agencies, and D2C startups — who need creator-led UGC. You’ll be our frontline hustler, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and smart prospecting to generate leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.

Run targeted cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email

Pitch Limurse’s value proposition to marketing heads, founders, and agencies

Book and conduct intro/demo calls (optional)

Follow up consistently and move deals through the pipeline

Collaborate with the founder to fine-tune messaging and outreach strategy

Track leads and status in Notion or a lightweight CRM

Requirements

B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience

Strong skills in prospecting, cold outreach, and lead nurturing

Experience using Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar tools

Great written communication and follow-up skills

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals

Prior experience with UGC, creator economy, influencer marketing, or SaaS is a plus

Pay Structure (Performance-Based)

You earn for every paying client you bring in.

Commission per brand onboarded: ₹3,000–₹10,000 depending on deal size

Bonuses for milestones like 5/10/20 clients onboarded

Potential to convert to retainer + performance if performance is strong

Closed deals for creator tools, SaaS, influencer marketing platforms

Network of D2C founders or performance marketers

Experience in building lead funnels or automating outreach
