The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help build a strong workforce that aligns with our company culture and goals.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract top talent.Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and facilitate interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and determine selection criteria.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support for a smooth transition.Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and metrics to track hiring progress and identify areas for improvement.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative and inclusive workplace cultureFlexible working arrangements
