Accounts Manager

Job Description – Accounts Manager Position: Accounts Manager Industry: Chartered Accountancy / Professional Services Experience: Minimum 3 Years Preference: Candidates having prior experience in a CA firm will be preferred. Job ProfileWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager having sound knowledge of Accounting, Taxation and Audit . The candidate should preferably have worked in a Chartered Accountancy firm and should be capable of independently handling accounting and statutory compliance assignments of multiple clients. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and reviewing books of accounts of clients. Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements. Handling GST compliances , including return filing, reconciliations and related matters. Handling Income Tax and TDS compliances , including return preparation and filing. Assisting in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit and other audit assignments . Preparation of audit working papers, schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation. Coordinating with clients for accounting records, statutory compliances and audit requirements. Reviewing work performed by junior accounting staff and providing necessary guidance. Ensuring timely completion of assignments and adherence to statutory due dates. Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting software . Assisting senior management/partners in taxation, audit and financial reporting matters. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation and Audit. Experience in a CA firm will be given preference . Good practical knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and Income Tax . Good understanding of audit procedures and financial statements . Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel . Ability to independently handle multiple clients and assignments. Good communication and client-handling skills. Ability to supervise and guide junior team members. Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines. Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification with relevant practical experience. Salary: Commensurate with qualification, experience and knowledge.
