Deputy Manager Quality

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager Quality to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality standards of our projects, particularly in the fields of solar and renewable energy. As a Deputy Manager Quality, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, implementing quality assurance protocols, and ensuring compliance with industry standards in EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure project compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of project sites to monitor quality control measures and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports, inspection records, and compliance certificates.
• Train and mentor junior quality control staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality assurance practices.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their quality expectations are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of EPC projects and civil quality control processes.
• Familiarity with solar energy and renewable energy standards and regulations.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or QA/QC Engineer in a similar industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
