Overview Are you a licensed Property & Casualty professional who enjoys building client relationships and helping customers protect their businesses Join our growing team at reputed company Affinity, where you'll manage a dedicated book of business and guide clients through the insurance renewal process for Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) coverage. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer service, account management, and insurance expertise in a fully remote environment. $26/hour | Remote | Monday-Friday Business Hours How You'll Make An Impact As an Account Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of renewal accounts and serving as a trusted resource throughout the policy renewal lifecycle. Key responsibilities include Manage a dedicated book of business focused on Professional Liability and Errors & Omissions insurance renewals Contact clients to review upcoming renewals and gather renewal application information Process and enter renewal applications accurately and efficiently Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients Answer coverage and policy-related questions while providing exceptional customer service Communicate with insureds, carriers, and internal team members to ensure a smooth renewal process Build long-term client relationships through reputed company communication and service Maintain detailed account documentation and policy records We believe in setting employees up for success.
