KRA

Create high-impact design - from branding, identity design to campaigns and social content - create high quality, original and differentiated design. You have to aim to be the top 1% design talent in the country

Creative operations - You should be able to manage delivery on campaigns or social - from briefing creators on reel content, to photo shoots, campaign shoots and on-set direction.

Creative detailing & execution - you should be expertly able to breakdown top-level visual strategy into specific design deliverables - from branding identity scopes to campaign look, unit, templates etc

Drive account KPIs - from link-clicks to site/app to engagement and reach

Intel development - be on top of global design trends to bring equally solid design across branding, illustrations, content and video design..

Develop SOPS - Planning & implementing project checklist per client - to ensure error-free, timely deliveries - timelines, interdependencies between teams & client

Not limited to - your role will not be limited to design. You will be involved in and expected to think ideas for campaigns, plan content calendar and direct video and photo shoots

Company Visibility - Develop a enviable design portfolio for L&H & its clients. Be proactive at networking with industry peers, participate in events and crack the design playbook stack for today’s always-on, hyper-channel active brands.

No baggage - be extremely open minded, flexible and intuitive about cracking new content formats, new ways of creative operations and explore new definitions of being a designer today

Eligibility

Prior experience of 6 months-1 year working with top-notch design firm, agency or design publication and be equally good at branding and content design.

Should know illustrator, InDesign and knowing figma/sketch or video design will be a plus

Be cued into global trends - across social media, memes, reels, movies, design movements, art news, follow iconic designers, 3D design & Web3 trends

Be great at managing client relationships, interaction and meetings

Strong planning and daily work management skills - be extremely organised.

Success evaluation

Developing high-decibel campaigns that build the account SOV, brand campaign visibility to its target audience and industry peers

Develop original, enviable, high-impact design that’s equally loved by clients, audience and industry peers.
