Our Lifestyle Managers are that point of contact — understanding the request, finding the right solution, coordinating verified vendors, and seeing it through to completion.

The Role

We're looking for smart, resourceful, customer-focused Lifestyle Managers who enjoy solving problems and getting things done.

You will own customer requests end-to-end. Not forwarding them on — understanding what the customer needs, researching options, coordinating vendors, comparing solutions, keeping the customer updated, and driving it to completion.

Part personal concierge, part guest-relations professional, part operations coordinator.

What You'll Do

Be the primary point of contact for your assigned customers.

Handle requests across home services, travel, events, reservations, shopping, gifting, appointments, documentation and personal errands.

Research and compare vendors on price, availability, quality and suitability — then recommend.

Coordinate vendors, service providers and internal teams; make bookings where authorized.

Track every request from initiation to completion, and update customers before they chase you.

Resolve delays, cancellations and vendor failures as they happen.

Maintain accurate records of customer preferences and service history.

Protect customer information, and escalate sensitive or high-risk requests per policy.

Fresh graduates with strong communication and problem-solving skills are welcome to apply.

What You'll Need

Excellent spoken and written English; other Indian languages an advantage.

A customer-first mindset and professional etiquette.

Strong research, problem-solving and vendor-negotiation skills.

The ability to juggle multiple requests and decide well under time pressure.

High ownership — you carry a request until it is done.

Comfort with mobile apps, web platforms and Google Workspace.

Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.

Knowledge of Hyderabad and local services is an advantage.

Preferred

Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration or related.

0–3 years in hospitality, guest relations, concierge, customer service, travel or operations.

Exposure to premium customers, hotels, travel companies or concierge businesses is a plus.
