Company: Sisuni Technology Pvt LtdPosition: Legal Counsel / Corporate LawyerEmployment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / RetainerExperience: 2+ YearsWork Mode: Remote / HybridJob DescriptionSisuni Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for a Corporate Lawyer / Legal Counsel to handle the company’s legal, contractual, compliance, employment, intellectual-property, and technology-related legal requirements.Key Responsibilities* Draft and review employment agreements, NDAs, contracts, and service agreements.* Review vendor, client, partnership, and business agreements.* Handle IT, SaaS, software and technology-related legal matters.* Protect company intellectual property, source code, trademarks, and confidential information.* Advise management on corporate and employment-law matters.* Prepare legal notices and responses when required.* Support company registration, licensing, and regulatory compliance.* Review privacy policies, Terms & Conditions, and website legal documents.* Advise on data protection and cybersecurity-related legal requirements.* Identify contractual and business risks and recommend solutions.* Coordinate with external lawyers, government authorities, and legal professionals when required.* Maintain proper records of contracts and legal documents.Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).* Corporate/commercial law experience preferred.* Experience with technology companies, SaaS, IT, or software businesses is an advantage.* Strong contract-drafting and negotiation skills.* Good written and verbal communication.* Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.Preferred ExperienceExperience with:IT & SaaS | Employment Law | Contracts | Intellectual Property | Data Protection | Corporate Compliance | Technology LawHow to ApplyPlease send:* Updated CV* Legal qualification details* Bar/Professional registration details, if applicable* Relevant corporate/technology legal experience* Expected salary/retainer* Availability
