They are now setting up a construction-tech start-up with an omnichannel B2B and B2C platform.About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us recruit top-tier talent for our client’s manufacturing firm's corporate office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with experience in hiring for manufacturing firms. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with HR partners to identify and attract top talent for various corporate functions, including finance, operations, sales, and marketing. You will also be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, social media outreach, and networking.Location: KolkataJob Description:• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various corporate functions, including finance, operations, sales and marketing, and other support functions• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting resources, including staffing agencies and job boards• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionRequirements:• Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and tools• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong organizational and project management skills• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
