As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department's initiatives and contributing to a positive workplace environment. Your key responsibilities will include:- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure we find the best candidates for our teams.- Onboarding New Employees: Help in the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and ensuring that new hires receive the necessary training and support to integrate smoothly into the company.- Employee Record Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and attendance, ensuring that all data is accurate and confidential.- Policy Implementation: Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, making sure all employees are aware of and adhere to company guidelines.- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture and strengthen team relationships.For this role, you should have a bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
