Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer based in Mumbai.

The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop systems, managing computer hardware, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth printer and peripheral operations.

The role also includes remote support for clients as well as on-field visits to customer offices when required. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, support end-users, and maintain system performance to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
