Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Spanish Voice 6 PositionsNeutral English Voice 14 PositionsExperience: Fresher / Experienced
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.Resolve customer queries professionally.Mostly outbound calling.Update customer details in CRM.Follow process and quality guidelines.Achieve productivity and quality targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Spanish: Fluent Spanish + good English communication.English: Fluent English with a neutral accent.Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.Basic computer knowledge.Willingness to work in night shifts.Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift as per India)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off
