Role Description

This is a full time, in office position based in South Delhi for a Client Servicing Executive responsible for managing client relationships, delivering presentations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and supporting account management.

Responsibilities

Decode briefs, lead presentations, and close deals

Support end-to-end client management across projects

Coordinate with creative & operations for seamless execution

Ensure high-impact delivery and client satisfaction

Drive retention and post-event reporting

Qualifications/ Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing/Event Management/Hospitality or related field

Experience in client servicing (events industry preferred)

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure

Proficient in MS Office
