As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily business activities, improving operational systems, processes, and policies to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operational functions to ensure smooth execution and delivery across departments.

Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices that contribute to improved information flow and business scalability.

Monitor KPIs and operational performance, making strategic decisions based on data insights.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to align departmental goals.

Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting to the senior leadership team.

Identify and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, and risks.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate operational staff performance, encouraging continuous improvement and growth.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Excellent command of English (written and verbal).

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Solid knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM software.

ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.

Previous experience working remotely or managing remote teams is highly preferred.

Background in tech-driven companies or startups is an advantage.

Working HoursFull-Time Remote Position

Flexibility to work Egypt Standard Time business hours, with occasional coordination across time zones.

Core working hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EET, Monday through Friday.
