Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries

2. Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups

3. Explain insurance products, benefits and premium details

4. Convince prospects and achieve conversion targets

5. Maintain call records, lead status and CRM/Excel data

6. Build strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups

7. Coordinate with the sales & operations team
