About the internship:This is a hands-on business-building role with exposure across consumer behaviour, gifting, partnerships, and day-to-day execution. You will learn how opportunities are identified, converted into action, and taken through to measurable business outcomes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Study consumer behaviour, occasions and buying motivations to develop ideas that can improve gifting, discovery and purchase decisions.

2. Explore new revenue opportunities across corporate gifting, bulk orders, retail partnerships, communities and other emerging business channels.

3. Turn ideas into action research opportunities, speak with customers or partners, prepare proposals, coordinate requirements and follow through until execution.

4. Work across real business situations involving products, orders, customers, partners and operations, taking ownership wherever required to get things done.

5.
