Solution Engineer(Full Stack Developer)

Job Description: Full Stack Developer Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in building modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React and/or Flutter on the frontend, backed by Java based backend development, and the ability to work across the full software delivery lifecycle.This role requires a pragmatic engineer who can translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions while collaborating effectively with product, QA, and DevOps teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with responsive web and/or cross platform mobile interfacesBuild and optimize frontend components using React and/or Flutter with a focus on performance and usabilityDevelop backend services and APIs using Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)Integrate frontend applications with backend services via RESTful APIsWrite clean, well structured, and testable code following best practicesParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-makingDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across the stackCollaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineersSupport deployments and work with DevOps pipelines where requiredRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack DeveloperStrong experience with React and/or FlutterSolid backend development experience using JavaExperience building REST APIs and integrating frontend with backend servicesWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend toolingFamiliarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and basic query optimizationExperience with Git and collaborative development workflowsUnderstanding of application security, authentication, and authorization conceptsPreferred SkillsExperience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPAExposure to Node.js or AngularExperience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)Experience building offline capable or mobile first applicationsPrior work in enterprise or product based environmentsSoft SkillsStrong problem solving and analytical abilitiesGood communication skills and ability to work in cross functional teamsOwnership mindset with attention to code quality and maintainabilityAbility to adapt quickly in a fast paced development environmentExperience Level3+ years of relevant full stack development experienceEducational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldA Master’s degree or equivalent exper
