Prime production support

Job Description: Participate in monitoring and maintenance of business applications and production environmentand respond to executions by initiating correct actions to meet the highest availability targets. Develop documentation and procedures for identified scenarios. Identify problems and participate in problem management resolution by collecting and trackingdata and progress. May resolve issues regarding on line transactions, system status and procedures, downtimeprocedures in accordance with the SLA. Ensure user satisfaction by providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and problemresolution services. Participate in the identification of opportunities for improvement to processes, procedures andtools Review moderately complex problem situations. Make suggestions on improvement and participate in implementation of approvedimprovement throughout the supported applications architecture. Should have experience of integration with SWIFT with internal applications and theirinteraction with in order to identify and analyze problems.Qualifications, Experience and Expertise: University degree in Information Technology or Engineering Minimum Experience of 3-4 years Knowledge of SWIFT application maintenance and technical architecture Some experience in a similar position in a comparable technical environment will be an asset Excellent analytical and assessment skills Excellent communication skills, fluency in English Unix, Windows & Linux knowledge and application support Knowledge in areas like Oracle, SQL, Scripting, VPN, DNS will be highly desirable.
