Sales Executive - Construction Chemicals

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in construction chemicals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the construction industry, and will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of products including paints, plywood, cements, ceramics, tiles, adhesives, sealants, and waterproofing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the Delhi-NCR region, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate product benefits.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction chemicals or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and chemicals, including paints, adhesives, sealants, and waterproofing products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
