Junior Mechanical Engineer - Fresher

About the job:Key responsibilities:

Assist in the mechanical design and development of CDUs, RDHx, and other liquid cooling systems.

Create and modify 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using CAD software.

Support senior engineers in developing mechanical concepts and design solutions.

Assist with sheet metal parts, assemblies, brackets, piping, hose routing, and mechanical components.

Prepare and maintain BOMs, drawings, design documentation, and engineering records.

Support prototype fabrication, assembly, installation, and testing activities.

Assist in conducting basic thermal, flow, and mechanical calculations.

Support simulation activities using appropriate engineering tools under the guidance of senior engineers.

Assist in sensor/component integration and mechanical packaging.

Participate in troubleshooting and improvement of prototype and production designs.

Coordinate with manufacturing teams, vendors, electrical/controls engineers, and other engineering functions.

Learn and follow engineering practices related to GD&T, tolerances, manufacturing, and design for assembly.

Support testing and validation of mechanical and thermal systems.
