Handle flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings. Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, embassies, and travel partners. Ensure bookings comply with airline policies and international travel regulations. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and booking systems. Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel. Required Skills Good communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of international destinations and airline operations. Understanding of visa and passport requirements. Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred). Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Qualifications Experience in travel, tourism, or airline ticketing is an advantage.
