Head/Director - Sales - Fashion & Lifestyle - Omnichannel

About the Role:We are hiring a Sales Head / Director to lead end-to-end sales delivery, sell-through, and P&L performance across offline retail and digital channels for a high-growth, new-age fashion / lifestyle brand.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who goes beyond merchandising and actively drives revenue, store productivity, partner performance, and margins in an omnichannel environment.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:- Own and drive end-to-end sales planning and execution across retail stores and online channelsPerformance Management:- Drive sell-through, store productivity, and channel-wise performanceChannel & Partner Management:- Manage marketplaces, distributors, and key retail partners to maximize growthMerchandising Alignment:- Ensure alignment of merchandising, buying, and replenishment with demandP&L Ownership:- Own revenue, margins, inventory turns, and working capital efficiencyData & Analytics:- Leverage MIS, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decision-makingOperational Excellence:- Collaborate closely with operations teams to improve on-ground executionIdeal Candidate Profile:- 15-20 years of experience in sales leadership roles within fashion / lifestyle / D2C / omnichannel businesses- Currently working with a new-age, high-growth brand- Strong experience in retail sales, account management, and merchandising collaboration- Proven track record of owning P&L, driving revenue, and improving margins- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data, dashboards, and systems- Execution-focused leader with high ownership and team management experience- Age bracket: 35-40 years (preferred)Why Join - Leadership role with direct impact on business growth and profitability- Opportunity to scale a high-growth omnichannel brand- High visibility and ownership across multiple revenue channels .
