Sales Officer - Life Insurance

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the regions of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our life insurance products and services, ensuring that clients receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the life insurance sector.
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including field sales and direct sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the life insurance industry.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in life insurance sales or related fields, with a strong understanding of the BFSI sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products is a plus.
