Key Responsibilities 1. Customer & Order Coordination Coordinate with customers after order confirmation. Collect and verify complete order and delivery details. Keep customers updated regarding order status. Coordinate with the Sales Team for order-related requirements. Ensure smooth communication between the customer and internal departments. 2. Order to Delivery Management Track customer orders from order confirmation → processing → packing → dispatch → transportation → delivery . Coordinate with warehouse/operations for timely order preparation. Follow up on dispatch status and delivery schedules. Share LR/transport details and delivery updates with customers. Confirm successful delivery and maintain proper records. 3. Credit & Payment Follow-Up Follow up with customers for outstanding and credit payments . Maintain payment follow-up schedules and records. Coordinate with the Accounts Team regarding pending payments. Send payment reminders and communicate outstanding balances professionally. Ensure payment commitments are followed up on time. 4. Transportation & Logistics Coordination Coordinate with transporters for material dispatch and delivery. Arrange and follow up on transportation as required. Track shipments and delivery status. Coordinate for LR copies, transport details, and delivery confirmation. Handle transportation-related customer queries and escalate delays when required. 5. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate customer, order, payment, and delivery records. Update CRM/software on a daily basis. Maintain follow-up schedules and pending-task reports. Prepare daily/weekly CRM and order-status reports for management. Ensure no customer follow-up, payment follow-up, or delivery commitment is missed. Required SkillsExcellent communication and customer-handling skills. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software . Ability to coordinate with multiple departments simultaneously. Good understanding of orders, credit payments, dispatch, transportation, and delivery processes . Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
