Product Management - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visit active classrooms regularly to observe and test the product in real learning environments.

2. Interact with students, POD leaders, and admins to understand how the software is being used.

3. Identify practical challenges faced during usage and record detailed feedback.

4. Conduct small user-testing sessions and note what works well and what doesn't.

5. Collaborate with the product developer to communicate insights and prioritise improvements.

6. Prepare simple, structured reports after each visit summarising feedback, bugs, and suggestions.

7. Ensure product changes are tested again after each update or new release.

8. Help design user-friendly processes, training, and documentation based on field experience.

9. Maintain close coordination with the product and operations teams for smooth implementation.
