Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating projects from design approval through production, delivery, and installation, ensuring timely and smooth execution. The role involves coordinating with clients, designers, estimators, production, procurement, logistics, and site teams; monitoring project schedules, material requirements, drawings, approvals, and pending activities; and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for tracking project progress, identifying delays or issues, coordinating site visits and installations, maintaining project documentation, and providing regular status updates to the Project Manager. Good communication, follow-up, organisational and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in interior design, furniture manufacturing, construction, or project coordination will be an advantage.
