About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify candidate requirements.

2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.

3. Review and screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.

4. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, availability, and interest in the opportunity.

5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.

6. Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

7. Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.

8. Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders regarding candidate status and interview feedback.

9. Assist in preparing and sharing job postings across relevant recruitment platforms.

10. Support offer coordination and candidate follow-ups through the hiring process.

11. Develop an understanding of various IT roles, technologies, skill sets, and technical hiring requirements.

12.
