We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented US Healthcare AR Caller to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US healthcare system and experience in accounts receivable calling. This role is crucial in ensuring timely collections and maintaining positive relationships with healthcare providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers and patients to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Verify patient information and resolve any discrepancies in billing.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of calls and payments.
• Collaborate with the billing department to address any issues related to claims and payments.
• Provide excellent customer service while handling inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts.
