About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help build and refine frameworks, tools, and templates for org design, workforce planning, performance management, job architecture, and rewards

2. Document repeatable methodologies and best practices from client engagements into usable playbooks

3. Research and write articles, POVs, and thought-leadership pieces on organisation and talent topics

4. Contribute to case studies, pitch materials, social content, and other assets that help tell People Equation's story

5. Explore and build AI-powered tools and workflows that make consulting delivery faster and sharper

6. Assist consultants with research, data gathering, and benchmarking

7. Help build models and analyses in Excel for workforce planning, rewards benchmarking, and related work

8. Support the creation of client-ready artefacts, structures, scorecards, job architecture documents, and presentations

9. Sit in on client discussions and workshops to learn facilitation and stakeholder management firsthand

10. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (MBA/PGDM students and freshers welcome)2. Strong written communication- comfortable researching and writing clearly on business or HR topics3. Comfort with data- basic to intermediate Excel skills, curiosity to learn modelling and analysis4. Structured thinking and a genuine interest in organisation design, talent and people strategy5. Proactive, self-starting attitude- comfortable picking up ambiguous tasks and running with them6. Intermediate or higher-level skills in AI tools, and eagerness to use them to improve output and impactAbout Company:People Equation is a boutique management consulting firm based in Pune that has been operating in the market for about three and a half years. We work across three verticals: Org & Talent, providing end-to-end people advisory services spanning organisation design, workforce planning, performance and talent management, and job architecture and rewards design; AI Advisory, including our own AI product, TenX Labs; and Nano-GCC Setups, helping organisations scale a Global Capability Centre from 0 to 50 or 0 to 100 people. We work directly within client organisations rather than simply handing over a deck and walking away, staying engaged from diagnosis through implementation until the solution is actually adopted.
