Outbound Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in the Delhi-NCR or Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound calling, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Present and promote our products and services to potential customers effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach and conversion rates.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape product offerings.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in outbound calling or sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
