The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on recruitment experience, and preferably exposure to technical recruitment.### Key Responsibilities* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.* Handle technical and non-technical recruitment requirements.* Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.* Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.* Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.* Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.* Monitor employee performance and maintain relevant HR records.* Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment performance reports.* Support employee engagement and retention activities.* Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.* Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and recruitment status.* Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.### Required Skills* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Good interpersonal and employee-handling skills.* Strong recruitment and candidate screening ability.* Knowledge of technical recruitment is preferred.* Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.* Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / MS Office.* Ability to maintain HR records and prepare reports.* Good organizational and time-management skills.* Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements.### Qualification* MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.* Candidates with relevant HR experience and strong recruitment exposure may also apply.### Preferred BackgroundCandidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:* Technical Recruitment* IT Recruitment* Engineering Recruitment* Talent Acquisition* HR Generalist* HR Operations* Employee Relations* Recruitment & HR Administration### Ideal Candidate2-3 years of HR experience with strong recruitment exposure, preferably in a technical or engineering-oriented organization.
