About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Lead business development across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.

2. Manage and monitor 1 Telecaller and 1-2 Field Executives.

3. Build strong relationships with universities and institutional decision-makers.

4. Plan university visits, weekly field visits, meetings, and follow-ups across 262 universities.

5. Work with clear Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 business targets.

6. Attend one virtual review meeting with the MD every week.

7. Visit the SkillDzire headquarters in Hyderabad every 15 days for review, planning, and performance discussions.

8.
