Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and valuable analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP.
• Prepare sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash books.
• Assist in GST-related documentation and statutory compliance.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain accounting records and documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and payments.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Tally ERP (Mandatory)
• Basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
• MS Excel and MS Office proficiency
• Bank reconciliation
• GST basics and invoice processing
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Freshers with Tally knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Experience

• 03 Years in Accounting or Finance Preferred
• Experience with Tally Prime/ERP
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS

Preferred Languages - Tamil, English, Hindi(Mandatory) .
