This opportunity could be for you Position: Project Manager – Construction 📍 Office Location: Andheri East, Mumbai 🏗️ Project Sites: Western Line, Mumbai 💼 Experience:Minimum 8 Years 💰 Salary: Open – Best candidate will be considered 🏢 Industry: Construction / Real Estate 🔹 Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from commencement to completion. - Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables. - Supervise site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. - Monitor construction progress and ensure timely project completion. - Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and construction specifications are followed. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal teams. - Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project documentation. - Monitor labour productivity, material utilisation, and site expenses. - Identify project risks and resolve technical and operational issues. - Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management. - Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards and site safety requirements. 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications ✅ Minimum 8 years of experience in construction/project management ✅ Strong experience in site execution and project coordination ✅ Experience managing contractors, vendors, and site teams ✅ Knowledge of construction planning, estimation, BOQ and project costing ✅ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings ✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills ✅ Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines ✅ Civil Engineering qualification preferred
