School partnerships:Follow up with schools after meetings and keep conversations movingMaintain a simple tracker of every school, contact and next stepDraft follow-up emails and messages for reviewLead generation:Research schools across Pune and build a list of new ones to approachFind the right contacts at each school, such as principals, coordinators and academic headsScheduling:Schedule classes, demos and meetings with schoolsCoordinate calendars between schools, facilitators and the founderSend reminders and confirmationsVenues and materials:Find and shortlist venues for workshops and classesSource, compare and get quotes for learning kits and materialsTrack orders and deliveries to schoolsGeneral:Keep things organised so nothing falls through the cracksSupport the founder with day-to-day operations as the company grows
