Senior HR Executive Pharma & Healthcare Sector (Pune)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

• Manage target based employees for performance and non compliance exit route.

• Handle recruitment and talent acquisition for various positions.

• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and employee relations.

• Support performance management and periodic performance reviews.

• Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR processes.

• Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.

• Support training, development, and employee retention initiatives.

• Monitor employee performance and coordinate with management.

• Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.

• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce dashboards.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

• Support management in HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
