You'll support due diligence projects by preparing Quality of Earnings, Working Capital, and Cash Flow analyses while ensuring data accuracy and delivering clear, structured reports.

This role offers hands-on exposure to international transaction advisory, where you'll work with project teams on real deals, develop advanced Excel modeling skills, and build a strong foundation in financial due diligence and transaction services.

What you will do as a Financial Due Diligence Analyst.

• Transaction Support: Support Financial Due Diligence projects for national and international transactions

• Data Analysis: Prepare, structure, and analyze large financial datasets in Excel

• Analytical Modeling: Create and maintain analytical models (Quality of Earnings, Working Capital analyses, Cash Flow analyses) following project team guidelines

• Data Validation: Perform plausibility checks and validation of financial information for accuracy and consistency

• Report Preparation: Assist in preparing analyses, reports, and working papers for client deliverables

What we are looking for

• Excel Expertise: Strong Excel skills including complex models, large datasets, and effective data processing

• Relevant Experience: 12 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, Audit, or Accounting Advisory

• Language: Fluent English written and spoken

• Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and business fundamentals
