About the Role:

Welcome to Hire is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Freelance Recruiters to support hiring across IT and Non-IT sectors. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and professional networks.Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.Build and manage talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients.Required Skills:

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.Knowledge of IT hiring, Non-IT hiring, or both.Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.Prior experience working as a freelance recruiter, consultant, or agency recruiter is preferred.
