Mindsprint - Supply Chain Planning Leader - Transformation/Business Consulting

Planning Transformation Leadership:

• Lead enterprise-wide supply chain planning transformation programs spanning Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning and Optimization, Replenishment Planning, Capacity Planning, Long-Range Strategic Planning, and Scenario Planning.

• Develop planning maturity roadmaps that improve forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, customer service levels and planning responsiveness.

• Drive operating model redesign and organizational transformations to create world-class planning functions.

Executive Advisory & Business Consulting:

• Serve as trusted advisor to Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial and Finance leadership teams.

• Lead C-suite workshops to define future-state planning vision, assess planning capabilities, develop transformation business cases, prioritize initiatives, and establish value realization frameworks.

Planning Technology Strategy & Enablement:

• Lead planning platform assessments, selection and transformation programs involving SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, OMP, Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Anaplan, and Supply Chain Digital Twin platforms.

• Advise clients on planning architecture strategy, platform rationalization, data and analytics requirements, AI-enabled planning capabilities, and control tower enablement.

Consulting Delivery Excellence:

• Lead large-scale consulting engagements from diagnostic assessment through implementation and value realization.

• Develop current-state assessments, maturity diagnostics, benchmarking studies, transformation roadmaps, operating model designs, and value cases.

Practice Building & Thought Leadership:

• Play a key role in building Mindsprint's Planning Consulting Practice.

• Lead development of planning transformation offerings, industry-specific planning solutions, consulting methodologies, and reusable digital assets.

• Publish thought leadership on AI in Supply Chain Planning, Autonomous Planning, Demand Sensing, and Digital Twins.

Business Development & Growth:

• Partner with Sales, Presales and Delivery teams to generate consulting opportunities, lead opportunity qualification, and manage proposal development.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing consultants, fostering a culture of structured problem solving, analytical rigor, and innovation.

Profile Description:

• We are looking for a management consulting leader with demonstrated expertise in supply chain planning transformation.

• Deep functional expertise in IBP, S&OP, S&OE, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.

• Strong exposure to multiple planning platforms including SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, and Anaplan.

• 12+ years of overall experience, with 12+ years in consulting organizations.

• MBA from a Tier-1 Business School preferred.

• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) and Lean Six Sigma certification desirable. .
