Sales Executive (WFH)

About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound leads and convert inquiries into confirmed group trip bookings.

2. Guide customers through trip packages, pricing, and booking procedures.

3. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to maximise conversions.

4. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

5. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

6. Maintain records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Note: Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary structure.
