Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Golang backend development, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs, along with a solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang

• Build and manage RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services

Microservices Architecture :

• Develop and maintain microservices-based systems ensuring scalability and reliability

• Handle service decomposition and inter-service communication

Cloud & Deployment :

• Design, deploy, and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS)

• Containerize applications using Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines

System Design & Performance :

• Participate in system design discussions with a focus on scalability and performance

• Optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and reliability

Collaboration :

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product teams

• Contribute to code reviews and enforce coding standards

Monitoring & Maintenance :

• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting systems

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability

Documentation & Best Practices :

• Maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams

• Follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3 to 5 years of backend development experience

• Strong proficiency in Golang

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services

• Experience building REST APIs or gRPC services

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git

• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS)

• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ

• Exposure to system design and high-scale architecture

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools .
