Billing & Revenue CoordinationOversee billing, cash handling, and daily collections Ensure accuracy in billing and coordination with insurance/TPA Monitor revenue leakage and improve operational efficiency 6. Inventory & Facility ManagementMonitor stock levels of medicines, consumables, and equipment Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall facility standards 7. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (OPD, IPD, revenue, etc.) Maintain records as per hospital policies and NABH requirements QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration Master’s (MHA/MBA Healthcare) preferred Experience3–7 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations Experience in NABH-accredited hospital preferred Key SkillsStrong leadership and team coordination Good communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of hospital operations and patient handling Basic financial and billing knowledge Familiarity with NABH standards and protocols Key KPIsPatient satisfaction scores Smooth hospital operations & reduced waiting time NABH compliance and audit readiness Revenue and billing accuracy Staff discipline and performance Additional RequirementsAbility to handle pressure and multitask Patient-centric approach Flexible to work in shifts if required
