Sales & Marketing Executive (Chloro-Alkali & Industrial Chemicals) (Bharuch)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of Chloro-Alkali and Industrial Chemicals. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills to expand business opportunities, manage key accounts, and support the company's growth in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities : Sales & Marketing

• Develop and manage sales of Chloro-Alkali and related industrial chemical products, etc.
• Identify and build robust relationships with customers across industries such as textile, paper, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, detergents, and other industrial sectors, etc.
• Prepare quotations, Generate customer inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up for orders and payments, etc.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends, etc.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction, etc.
• Maintain sales records, customer databases, and prepare periodic sales reports, etc.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth through strategic sales planning, etc.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and other promotional events, etc.
• Coordinate with regional and international customers to ensure effective communication and business development, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing of Chloro-Alkali and Industrial Chemicals.
• Proven experience in industrial chemical sales with strong market knowledge.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Chloro-Alkali products and industrial chemical markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field sales activities.

Work Environment

• Field-based role
• Regular coordination with regional and international customers.
• Travel as required for customer visits, business meetings, and exhibitions.
