Architect & Consultant Sales Identify and meet architects, design firms, interior designers, and project consultants in the assigned territory. Present company products, catalogues, samples, and material specifications. Get company products specified in project drawings, BOQs, and tender documents. Follow up on specified projects until they convert into orders. Business Development Generate leads from developers, builders, civil contractors, and PMC firms. Track upcoming residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Prepare and submit quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms within approved limits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Marketing & Branding Organize product presentations, CPD sessions, and site visits for architects. Coordinate with the design team on brochures, catalogues, and social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn). Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and architect meets. Maintain the company's portfolio of completed projects. Coordination & Reporting Work with the AutoCAD/design team and the sales coordinator for drawings, estimates, and technical clarifications. Coordinate with the site and execution team for smooth handover after order confirmation. Coordinate with the accounts team on payment follow-ups and collections. Maintain the lead tracker/CRM and submit daily visit reports and weekly sales reports.
