Finance Analyst L1

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: Up to 4 LPA

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst L1 to assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing business performance, monitoring budgets, and supporting day-to-day finance operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
• Analyze business performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor budgets and track expenditures to ensure compliance with financial targets.
• Support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct cost analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Interpret financial statements and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA (Finance) or M.Com is an added advantage.
• Experience: 12 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, MIS, or Financial Analysis.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query preferred).
• Financial Analysis & MIS Reporting.
• Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Cost Analysis.
• Financial Statement Interpretation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime).
• Experience with Power BI (Preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SQL (Preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
