SR Manager Real Estate Valuation

Experience Minimum 8-12 years in real estate valuation, with demonstrable experience in corporate / high-value mandates. Strong working knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market - FSI, ready reckoner rates, micro-market dynamics, development regulations, and transaction evidence. Experience working with banks or financial institutions - understanding of how lenders use valuations in credit decisions, NPA resolution, and SARFAESI proceedings.
