Role & responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR operations and generalist activities.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate with HR vendors and external service providers for employee-related services and ensure smooth execution of requirements.
Maintain and regularly update employee databases, HR records, and documentation.
Manage employee data including joining, transfers, exits, attendance, and other relevant HR information.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for various HR-related requirements.
Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents, and records.
Support attendance, leave, and other routine HR processes.
Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and employee-related data whenever required.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee queries professionally.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in HR database and record management.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
